About Aaptly
Aaptly helps local businesses get found on Google and win more customers. We’re hiring university graduates in Accra as full-time sales development representatives, to talk with business owners and book meetings with them.
What you’ll do
- Call owners of local businesses, such as home service companies, law firms and medical practices.
- Ask how they find new customers today, and look up with them where their business shows up on Google.
- Book a meeting with owners who want help, and follow up by phone and email.
- Record the outcome of every call.
- Work in Aaptly’s calling workspace, which suggests what to say next while you’re on the call.
Who we’re looking for
- You have completed a university degree.
- You live in Accra and can work full-time.
- Clear spoken English, and the confidence to call business owners you haven’t met.
- You stay polite and keep going when people say no.
- Experience in sales, customer service or a call centre helps.
