Aaptly Advertising

Google Ads for the work you want more of.

Aaptly researches keywords, writes the ads, and manages the campaigns. We connect the ad to a relevant page, check how inquiries reach you, and keep reviewing what the spending produces.

You approve the plan and budget. We handle the campaign work.

What we do

The decisions behind
a useful campaign.

The work starts before an ad goes live and continues after the clicks arrive. Here is what we set up, check, and keep improving.

01

Choose the services worth promoting

We start with what you want more of: a particular repair, an appointment, or a larger project. Your service area, capacity, offer, and existing account history shape the campaign plan.

The plan names the services, audience, locations, budget, and action we want a visitor to take.

02

Research keywords and search intent

Review the searches people use, available search demand, competition, and likely click costs. Group related searches around a service, then choose the keyword matching and exclusions deliberately.

We review available search-term reports after launch. Someone looking for a training course is different from someone looking to hire your business.

03

Set locations, schedules, and budgets

Configure the areas you serve, location options, campaign networks, bidding approach, and appropriate schedules. Check where clicks are coming from and how spending is tracking against the plan.

Ad spend is agreed before launch and is separate from our fees. A Google average daily budget is not a hard daily spending cap.

04

Write and test the ads

Prepare headline and description options, relevant links, and supported assets. Use your real services, approved offers, and suitable business visuals. Check that every destination works and the claims are accurate.

Review available creative performance and test changes with a clear reason. Google’s approval or Ad Strength feedback does not prove an ad will produce customers.

05

Make the landing page fit

Send the visitor to a page about the service in the ad. Give them the details they need, appropriate images, and a clear way to call or inquire. Check the mobile experience and whether forms reach the right team.

Landing-page edits or a new page are included only where agreed. You can keep an existing website when it can support the campaign.

06

Check calls, forms, and conversions

Set up and test the agreed measurement on supported sites and accounts. Define what counts as an inquiry, check the destination, and keep clicks, calls, forms, and later customer outcomes distinct.

A click on a phone number is not proof of a connected call. A recorded inquiry is not automatically a qualified lead or booked job.

07

Review, adjust, and explain the work

Read spending, search terms, keywords, locations, devices, landing pages, and recorded inquiries together. Adjust bids, exclusions, copy, targeting, or the page based on the evidence and your agreed scope.

We explain the changes and their reasons. If inquiries are a poor fit, your feedback helps us decide what to change next.

Searches & targeting

Pay attention to
what people type.

A search can sound relevant and still bring the wrong inquiry. We check the wording, the location, and what the person is trying to do before changing keywords or exclusions.

Location settings also need care. We configure the agreed area and review the available location reports; targeting is not a guarantee of someone’s exact location.

Training intent, not a repair request. Review the match type before adding a negative.

Exclusions need context. We don’t remove whole industries or useful buyer searches simply because one word appeared.

The service in the ad.
The service on the page.

Different services deserve different wording and destinations. We prepare relevant headline options, page copy, and suitable visuals, then check the path on a phone as well as a larger screen.

Spending & results

See the spend.
Understand the inquiries.

We explain what the numbers count and what they cannot tell us. A campaign report becomes more useful when the team can also say which inquiries were a good fit.

Heating repair campaignAugust 1–31, 2026 · Sample data
Ad spend$880
Recorded inquiries22
Cost per inquiry$40
Impressions8,800
Clicks440
Click-through rate5%
Average cost per click$2
Qualified leads / booked workNot recorded

Example sources: Google Ads impressions, clicks and spend, plus matched inquiry records for the same period. Repeated contacts are counted once in this sample.

$880 ÷ 22 = $40 per inquiry. That is ad spend only; service fees are excluded. These values are not a benchmark or forecast.

Measure the intended action

Define the conversion, check that it is recorded correctly, and explain its limits. Keep phone clicks, connected calls, form inquiries, and later outcomes separate.

Keep the source and period clear

Use dated reports and available records. Google’s conversion totals and a business’s unique inquiries may differ because of attribution, timing, or counting rules.

Use the findings in the next decision

A poor-fit search, a weak page, or unanswered inquiries calls for different work. We use the evidence to explain the next changes within the agreed plan.

Missing measurements stay missing. Qualified leads, booked work, and revenue need reliable records before we can report them.

Plan, approval, launch

Your business decisions.
Our campaign work.

You tell us what you want to promote, confirm the budget and wording, and authorize account access where required. Aaptly handles setup, tracking checks, and campaign management.

01

Agree the scope and budget

Confirm the services, area, capacity, campaign types, fees, advertising spend, and the team responsible for inquiries.

02

Review the ads and page

Check the offer, wording, visuals, and proposed destination. We guide any required account authorization and test the agreed measurement.

03

Launch, review, and adjust

Launch after approval and eligibility checks. Review delivery, spending, search terms, and inquiry quality, then make the next agreed changes.

Two costs, agreed before launch.

Our service fee covers the agreed work. The advertising budget pays for ads. Google’s average daily budget can vary by day, so we explain the settings and monitor spend against the plan.

How Google budgets work

Before you start

Questions about
advertising.

Which advertising platforms do you manage?

This page covers managed Google Ads, with Google Search as the main example. Campaign types, assets, eligibility, account access, and any additional advertising platform are confirmed in the service scope. Local Services Ads have separate eligibility and setup requirements; they are not automatically part of a Search campaign.

Is advertising spend included in Aaptly’s fee?

No. We agree the service fee and advertising budget separately before launch. The budget settings and any change requiring your approval are made clear. Google can vary spending by day when using an average daily budget; that setting is not a hard daily cap.

Can you take over an existing Google Ads account?

Yes, with the appropriate access. We review the current services, campaigns, targeting, search terms, spend, landing pages, and measurement before proposing changes. You authorize the account relationship when required; Aaptly handles the technical setup and review.

What do I need to approve?

The campaign plan, advertising budget, offers and claims, ad wording, and agreed landing-page work. You also confirm the services and areas you want to promote and who will answer inquiries. Aaptly handles campaign configuration, tracking, and ongoing management within that scope.

Do I need a new website?

Not necessarily. We can use a suitable existing service page and make agreed improvements. If the campaign needs a new landing page or a larger website rebuild, we explain the work and cost before starting.

What will the reports show?

Available campaign data can include impressions, clicks, spend, search terms, and recorded conversions. A managed summary can connect this with available call, form, and customer records. The period, source, counting rules, and gaps matter: a missing result is not zero, and a lead is not a sale. Booked-work or revenue reporting requires a reliable connection to those records.

How soon will I get leads?

There is no guaranteed lead count, cost per lead, or time to a result. Account eligibility, ad review, local competition, search demand, the offer, the website, and the budget all affect delivery. We check measurement and response handling before using the results to guide changes.

Who answers calls and follows up on inquiries?

We agree the destination and the person responsible before launch. Aaptly can also provide separately scoped AI receptionist and lead-management services. An advertising plan alone does not mean every call, message, or inquiry is being answered for you.
