Terms of service.

The fair version. Plain English, no gotchas. Includes the dedicated SMS program terms required by our carriers.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and anyone you invite into it. Don’t share credentials. Let us know if something looks wrong.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You can export or delete it anytime. We back it up, encrypt it in transit and at rest, and never sell it.

Payments

Subscription fees are monthly or annual depending on your plan. Payment processing runs through Stripe at standard published rates — we don’t take a cut of your bookings.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. We’ll help you export your data on the way out. No retention games, no long hold times with support.

Uptime

We target 99.9% uptime on all plans, with paid incident credits on Growth if we miss. Status page at status.aaptly.com. Credits paid out automatically if we miss our SLA.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Aaptly to spam, scam, or defraud anyone. Don’t break the law. Don’t attempt to bypass our security. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy — but we’ll always reach out before permanent action.

SMS Program Terms

Program name: Aaptly Appointment Messaging.

What you’ll receive: When you provide your mobile number on the booking form of a business that uses Aaptly, when you opt in in person, or when you reply START or YES to a message from us, you agree to receive SMS text messages from that business, sent through Aaptly. Message types include:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders (48 hours, 24 hours, and/or 2 hours before your visit)
  • Reschedule and cancellation notices
  • Two-way conversational replies from an AI receptionist or human staff member (e.g. to answer questions about your upcoming visit)

Message frequency:Varies. You should expect approximately 1–5 messages per appointment (confirmation + reminders + any back-and-forth). Total frequency depends on how often you book with that business.

Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge for SMS and/or data usage per your plan. Aaptly does not charge a separate fee for receiving these messages.

HELP — Reply HELP to any message for program information and support contact details.

STOP — Reply STOP(or any of: CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, OPTOUT, REVOKE, STOPALL) to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all further messages from that business. You’ll receive one final confirmation that you’ve been unsubscribed. To resubscribe later, reply START or re-submit the booking form with your mobile number.

Carrier notice: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy: See our Privacy Policy → SMS & mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old and the authorized user of the mobile number provided. By submitting the booking form or replying START/YES, you represent that you meet these criteria and consent to receive the messages described above.

Liability

Standard stuff: Aaptly is provided as-is, our liability is capped at the last 12 months of fees you paid. Standard SaaS terms. Contact us for the full legal text.
