Refund and cancellation policy.

Effective date: September 3, 2026. Aaptly is a digital software and managed-workflow service operated by HigherGroundsTech LLC. We do not sell or ship physical goods.

Before you pay

We show the selected plan or signed order, price, currency, billing interval, renewal terms, and any separately agreed setup fee before payment. Payment credentials are collected by the selected payment processor on its secure hosted experience; Aaptly does not store full card or bank-account credentials.

Digital fulfillment

Paid access and onboarding begin after the processor confirms payment, subject to the plan or signed order you selected. Because Aaptly is a digital service, there is no shipping charge, carrier, tracking number, or physical delivery window.

Recurring subscriptions

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the monthly or annual interval disclosed at checkout until canceled. You authorize Aaptly and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for the disclosed recurring subscription fees and applicable taxes.

Cancellation

You may cancel a self-serve subscription at any time from Plans & billing in your dashboard or by emailing billing@aaptly.com. Unless your checkout or signed order states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Cancel before the next renewal date to avoid the next charge.

Refunds

Subscription charges are non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law or where a separate written order expressly provides otherwise. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time after a customer-initiated cancellation. If Aaptly terminates a paid subscription for reasons other than your breach, we will refund prepaid fees covering the unused portion of the terminated period.

Incorrect or unrecognized charges

Contact billing@aaptly.com within 30 days of an incorrect or unrecognized charge. Include the account email, charge date, amount, and receipt or invoice number if available. We will investigate and respond using the contact information on the account. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived by law.
